Lunchtime Yoga Corporate Program
A structured programme built around real workplace conditions — desk posture, screen fatigue, and the rhythm of a working day.
Office yoga works within the constraints of a working day — not against them.
Lunch breaks are often the only window in the day where employees have genuine control over their time. This program is built around that window.
Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:15 to 12:55 pm, leaving participants enough time to eat and return to their desks. The 8-week structure means there is a clear arc to the program rather than disconnected drop-in sessions. Participants see progression in their own bodies and in how the group moves together. That sense of continuity makes a difference to attendance and engagement.
The program is suitable for offices with 10 to 30 staff participating. Larger teams can be split across two groups with staggered timing. The instructor, Orin Trevaskis, tailors the content after an initial conversation with HR or a team lead about the specific challenges the group faces, whether that is long hours at screens, high-pressure deadlines, or a recent period of organisational change.
At the end of the 8 weeks, participants receive a short printed reference card with five sequences they can use independently at their desks. The program does not require ongoing commitment after completion, though many teams do choose to continue.

Programme Structure
Program outline across 8 weeks
Weeks 1 and 2 - Foundations
Getting familiar with breath-led movement, basic postural awareness, and how to modify poses for office clothing and limited space. No prior experience assumed.
Weeks 3 and 4 - Physical focus
Deeper work on the areas most affected by desk work: thoracic spine mobility, hip flexor release, and wrist decompression. Participants often notice changes in how they sit by week four.
Weeks 5 and 6 - Nervous system awareness
Introducing longer holds and breath retention techniques that help regulate the stress response. Useful for teams under consistent deadline pressure.
Weeks 7 and 8 - Integration
Combining earlier elements into flowing sequences participants can recall and use independently. The final session includes a group reflection and the take-home reference card.
