Core One — Office Yoga

One Practice,
Every Desk

Structured yoga sessions designed around the specific demands of office environments — not adapted from a studio format, but built from scratch for people who spend most of their day seated.

What shaped Core One

Core One started in 2017 after observing a consistent pattern: corporate wellness programmes were either too generic to be useful or too demanding to fit into a working day. The gap between what people needed and what was available was straightforward to see.

Sessions are built around the physical realities of desk-based work — not around what looks good in a studio brochure.

Each programme is delivered online, which means it reaches teams in Melbourne, London, Singapore, or wherever the client happens to be working. The format stays consistent. The instruction stays personal.

6+ Years of structured delivery across time zones
1:1 Direct instructor contact, no intermediaries

The service operates transnationally by design. A client in one country receives the same quality of instruction and the same attention to their individual posture and movement habits as one sitting across the city.

Posture correction
Breath awareness
Tension release
Shoulder mobility
Focus intervals
Flexible scheduling

Two paths, one outcome

Depending on whether you are an individual professional or part of a team, the structure differs — the standard of instruction does not.

Individual

A personal plan built around your schedule

Sessions are shaped by your specific work setup — chair height, screen position, recurring tension points. The instructor adjusts each session based on what you reported from the previous one.

  1. Initial assessment of posture and movement habits
  2. Custom sequence developed for your setup
  3. Weekly sessions with running adjustments

Team

Group sessions that account for individual differences

Group delivery does not mean a one-size approach. The instructor tracks each participant separately and offers modifications in real time. Teams across multiple locations can join the same session.

  1. Group intake to map the range of needs
  2. Shared sessions with individual modifications
  3. Progress tracked per participant, not per group

Most of the people I work with have never done yoga before. The sessions are designed for that — no prior experience, no special equipment, no need to leave your desk area.
