Core One provides personalised online services including, but not limited to, guided office yoga sessions, individual wellness planning, and direct interaction with qualified specialists. Services are delivered remotely and are accessible to clients regardless of their geographic location.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the service require you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@coreone.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4.3 Account Termination by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your right to access the services will cease immediately, subject to any obligations that survive termination as described in these Terms.

6.3 Your Content
If you submit, upload, or share any content through the service (including feedback, messages, or session notes), you grant Core One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the service. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
7. Payments and Billing
7.1 Fees
Certain services are provided on a paid basis. All applicable fees will be communicated to you before purchase. By proceeding with a purchase, you authorise us to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy, which is available upon request. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where services have already been delivered or substantially commenced.

The yoga and wellness content provided through Core One is intended for general informational and instructional purposes. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new physical activity programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition or injury.
10.2 Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service.
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
14. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by general principles of contract law applicable to online services operating transnationally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty days of receiving written notice.
If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism agreed upon by both parties. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Core One with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, and agreements.
18. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Core One to be effective.
