How sessions are structured

Each format is built around a single constraint: participants are at their desks, in work clothes, with limited time. Movements are chosen accordingly — no floor work, no props, nothing that requires changing.

Consistency over four to six weeks produces more measurable change than intensive one-off sessions.

The specialist observes how the group moves in the first session and adjusts the plan from week two onward. There is no fixed script applied identically to every client.

  1. 1 Initial call to understand the team's schedule, physical range, and any relevant restrictions.
  2. 2 First session delivered live online — observation phase, light movement, no pressure to perform.
  3. 3 Revised plan sent before session two, reflecting what was observed in the group.
  4. 4 Ongoing weekly sessions with direct feedback available between meetings via email.

Typical group engagement by week

Weeks 1–3: foundation movements. Weeks 4–5: increased range. Weeks 6–8: independent practice.

Session length distribution across formats

20-minute desk format (most common) · 35-minute extended · 50-minute full session.

Adaptation rate across client groups

Plan modified at least once for most groups. Modifications happen at weeks 2, 4, and 6.
